    Life Rediscovered

    Life Rediscovered is a learning center for homeschoolers, and a community hub for the children, adults, families, and friends that participate in our various programs. We offer day programming, community rooms for homeschool families to socialize and learn together, after school classes, parent support groups, and organize various events. We believe that homeschooling is a beautiful path that strengthens families and allows learners the freedom and flexibility to learn in the style that suits them best. Our goal is to support families in their homeschool journey by not only providing quality day programming and enrichment classes, but also by providing support and resources for the larger homeschool community.

    Microschool Florida is a networking and directory resource for parents and educators to connect. Modern one-room schoolhouses, edupreneurs, tutors, homeschool co-ops, and after-school programs are welcome.

  • Wichita Innovative Schools and Educators, (WISE)

    WISE is a collaborative community group established to raise awareness and provide support to families who are seeking out alternative educational models for their children as well as educators who currently provide (or are dreaming of creating) innovative educational options in Wichita and surrounding areas. We encourage “outside the box” thinking and provide support and resources to those who are actively reimagining what education looks like in our local area. We collaborate with microschools, homeschool co-ops, tutoring centers, individuals offering educational services, and more!

  • Some parents and educators are creating their own non-traditional solutions by launching microschools and homeschool co-ops. The providers listed in this section support these education organizations and entrepreneurs.

  • Clonlara

    Clonlara is an accredited, K–12 private school with a highly personalized approach guided by a unique interest-driven philosophy. Each Clonlara student pursues a personalized education designed in collaboration with their advisor or teacher, parents, and mentors. Curriculum materials and experiences are selected based upon individual goals, learning strengths, and interests; and students can learn in-person, at home, or while traveling anywhere in the world!

    In Clonlara’s Off-Campus Program, advisors partner with families to monitor their students’ progress and achievements, provide guidance, and suggest materials and learning resources along the way. New families receive additional coaching designed to ensure that they have the tools needed for a successful Clonlara experience. For students in the Ann Arbor area, Clonlara’s Campus Program offers flexible in-person and hybrid learning options.

    In addition, Clonlara students in grades 6–12 may add up to three credits of online courses to their educational plan. All Clonlara online courses are self-paced and include a teacher to answer questions and grade assignments.

    Other program features: Internationally accredited records, transcript, and diploma; clubs and discussion groups; college advising; services in eight languages; a global learning community of students in more than 70 countries.

    EnrichedHQ is a central hub of life-skills-building programs for kids in grades 4+. We are the Kid Enrichment Company helping kids thrive and families better balance work and home life.

    Working families with kids older than traditional daycare or nanny employer-sponsored programs are left wanting support. EHQ focuses on these families. Our clients are retaining employees, attracting key talent, and driving initiatives that elevate all families, especially women and underrepresented populations.     FitMoney is a philanthropic nonprofit providing unbiased financial literacy programs to help K-12 students develop life skills for a financially fit future. Created by teachers and receiving four stars from CommonSense, FitMoney's accessible financial literacy programs cover critical financial topics to meet students where they are - in the classroom, at home, or on-the-go! FitMoney works with educators and families on instructor-led tools, independent learning platforms, and multimedia resources (The FitMoney Podcast) to empower and pursue a future of financial literacy for all.

  • Kikori

    Kikori is a platform that provides educators with over 1000 experiential Social Emotional Learning (eSEL) activities designed to support the creation of community, teamwork, and connection within classrooms. Based on over 50 years of research on group development, Kikori activities develop a sense of belonging, leadership, and responsibility through experiences that involve active play plus intentional reflection.

    A transformation happens both within students and within their classes, as they move through the Kikori Play, Reflect, Connect, and Grow process outlined in each activity. This intentional process encourages students to set goals and develop self-awareness, supporting both social emotional and academic growth. Think of it as learning to ride a bike rather than labeling the parts!

    Kikori Activities:

    Launch Now is the “beyond graduation” tool designed to encourage student career exploration during grade school, while also creating and strengthening connections throughout the local community.

    We start by providing self-assessment resources to students and school educators on our platform to identify each students’ unique set of interests and ambitions. Using those identifiers, we introduce tailored career paths and local opportunities for workplace learning and mentorship with our community partners.

    Launch Now’s ultimate goal is to streamline and utilize existing resources to create an accessible wealth of information for students to explore. Through our platform, we aim to better equip students with the knowledge and resources they need to make aligned and empowered choices in their career paths.

    Loop works with micro schools to deliver easy-to-use technology that automates parts of their day-to-day workload and helps them communicate effectively to their stakeholders. Schools typically turn to Loop if they are committed to obtaining regular and personalized feedback from stakeholders, if they’re striving to better understand parent enrollment and attrition motivations, or if they simply want to consolidate all of their communications into a single, easy-to-use solution.
